Step 1
Knoblauch schälen, Peperoni waschen und beides in feine Scheiben schneiden. Bulgur
in einem Sieb abwaschen und ca. 20
Minuten im Wasser kochen. In der
Zwischenzeit Minze waschen, Blätter zupfen
und grob schneiden. Granatapfel mit einem
Löffel von außen anklopfen, mit einem
Messer halbieren und die Kerne
herauslösen.

Step 3
Bulgur in ein Sieb geben und unter
fließendem kalten Wasser abschrecken
Bulgur mit Minze, Granatapfel, Datteln,
Essig und Ahornsirup vermengen. Mit Salz
und Pfeffer abschmecken. Avocado
halbieren, Kern entfernen und das
Fruchtfleisch mit einem Löffel von der Haut
lösen. Avocado in Streifen schneiden.
Bulgursalat mit Avocadostreifen anrichten
und mit gebratenem Knoblauch, Peperoni
und Sesam garnieren.
