Instructions
Step 1
In sm. bowl make stir-fry sauce by stirring together soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, sriracha, & brown sugar; set aside.
Step 2
Heat wok over med. Add oil, ground beef, garlic, ginger, onion, & a pinch of salt & pepper. Cook (5 min.) until beef is browned.
Step 3
Add cabbage & carrots, continue to stir and cook until the cabbage is slightly wilted. Stir in the prepared sauce & the green onions.
Step 4
Serve by topping with a sprinkle of sesame seeds & a drizzle of sriracha.
