Instructions
Step 1
- Sauté Onion, celery, carrots & garlic for 5-6 min
Step 2
- Add remaining ingredients except Corn, chips + cheese
Step 3
- Pressure cook for 10 min or simmer on stovetop for 25 min
Step 4
- Remove the chicken, shred & add back in as well as the frozen corn - let sit for 5 min
Step 5
- Taste & adjust seasoning

- Add desired topping - tortillas, cheese, salsa, sour cream, cilantro, jalapeños, hot sauce
