Instructions
Step 1
Dice chicken strips or breasts into cubes
Step 2
Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet or a wok.
Step 3
Add chicken to oil and cook until browned on edges.
Step 4
While chicken is cooking, whisk together the sauce.
Step 5
Pour sauce into wok just as chicken is almost finished cooking. Let the sauce cook and simmer until thickened.
Step 6
Serve over warmed rice with veggies.
