wash all vegetables
Step 2
peel carrots and chop into matchstick sized pieces

peel onion and finely chop
Step 4
slice zucchini and bell pepper not matchstick pieces

slice broccoli
Step 6
over medium heat oil in wok or large frying pan. add chicken and fry until brown
Step 7
add onions and fry for 2 minutes. add the rest of the vegetables and fry for 5 minutes until tender.
Step 8
mix together soy sauce and brown sugar. stir in soy sauce
Step 9
remove from heat and serve over rice
