Instructions
Step 1
Heat your oil of choice (I used coconut oil) in a deep pan.
Step 2
Once heated add the garlic and the onion and cook them till golden.
Step 3
Add the totato paste and all spices and mix well until they form a curry paste.
Step 4
Add the chickpease, the coconut cream and the salt and shimmer for 15-20 minutes. You can add half cup of water if the cream is too thick.
Step 5
Add the chopped parsley and serve.
