Step 1
In a pan, put some oil. Once hot, add in curry leaves, onion and green chillies. Sauté till the onion is golden and caramelised.
Step 2
Add in the tomatoes, followed by ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt, chilli powder, cumin-fenugreek powder and garam masala powder.
Step 3
Cook the tomatoes till tender and soft.
Step 4
Add in the prawns and a little water. Let the gravy simmer on a slow flame so the prawns may cook.
Step 5
Finish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve.
