1 x 15 ouncecan garbanzo beans
with no salt added, drained and rinsed
1cucumber
chopped
1 cupbroccoli florets
tiny
1 cupgrape tomatoes
halved
1 cupkale
coarsely cut, stems removed
½ cupred onion
finely chopped
2 tablespoonsKalamata olives
finely chopped
3 teaspoonsred wine vinegar
1garlic clove
minced
1 tablespoonfresh flat-leaf parsley
chopped
1 teaspoongreen onion

Instructions
Step 1
Incorporate the ingredients; Broccoli, red onion, kale and cucumber in a large mixing bowl and toss to combine.
Step 2
Rinse garbanzo beans, dice grape tomatoes, cut Kalamata Olives, add to salad mix with red vinegar
Step 3
Add a Small portion of Spring mix to a Bowl: Toss the vegetables with the vinaigrette add chicken- top with chipotle ranch salad dressing and enjoy
