Use Brisket or chuck roast Use Parsnip or 5 carrots Use Fennel or 6 celery stalks Use Rutabaga, turnip or 2 potatoes Crock Pot: 1. In saute pan, repeat steps 2-4 (put meat in bottom of crock pot once browned) 2. Stir in wine, cook about 1 min. 3. Mix in tomato paste, spices worcestershire, 2 tblsp vinegar, flour. Cook about 1 min 4. Add all ingredients to crockpot. 5. Cook on high for 6 hours
