Instructions

Step 1
Soak the cashews in boiling hot water for 10 minutes and then drain.
Step 2
Cook the spaghetti according to instructions.
Step 3
Fry the onion and garlic in a pan with a little bit of oil
Step 4
Add the remaining ingrediënts, except for the bacon and 70 grams of tofu into a food processer and blend.
Step 5
Fry the bacon in a pan with some oil until crispy, then add the tofu. Warm throughout and add the sauce. Again warming for a few minutes.
Step 6
Add everything together and serve with some parsley!
