Step 1
Preheat pan on high heat
Step 2
Add 1 tbsp of peanut oil or neutral oil
Step 3
Add Broccoli and sear florets to brown and add flavor. Add a couple splashes of water when turning to help steam broccoli.
Step 4
Once tender, remove broccoli to a bowl.
Step 5
Add 1 tbsp of oil and minced garlic to the pan. Add rice and dust with garlic powder if using that instead of minced. Heat rice through, trying to add some crispiness to some of the rice.
Step 6
Remove rice and place in bowls. Top with broccoli.
Step 7
Fry eggs in remaining oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Add your favorite hot sauce to the bowls or add your favorite protein.
