Instructions

Step 1
Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Step 2
Mix milk, egg, & two tablespoons of butter with the dry mixture, mix in thoroughly. Then begin melting a tablespoon of butter on the frying pan.
Step 3
Pour enough of the mixture for a pancake into a frying pan, cook on a high temp for a minute or until bubbles appear, then flip pancake and cook for another minute or until steam appears, for the first pancake, then lower the temperature when cooking the rest of the mixture.
Step 4
Serve.
