Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the onions and tomato.
Step 2
Fry the ginger garlic paste for a bit and add the chopped onion, tomato, green chillies.
Step 3
While it is frying, add turmeric, salt and fry till done.
Step 4
To this masala, add the cleaned and washed prawns. Add chilli powder, garam masala and 1 tsp sugar let it cook till done.
Step 5
Add some grated coconut, coriander leaves and curry leaves.
