Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan. When hot, add curry paste and onions. Fry for a minute or two.
Step 2
Add garlic and chili and fry for another minute
Step 3
Add the rest of the ingredients. Let it cook until potatoes are soft enough to eat.
