Instructions

Step 1
Add the bulgur to a bowl. Pure in the hot water and cover with a plate. Let it soak for about 8min.

Avocado spread

Step 2
Smash the avocado with a fork.
Step 3
To a bowl add the avocado and other ingredients and mix until well combined.

Wrap

Step 4
Chop the almonds and cranberries.
Step 5
Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with hummus.
Step 6
Top it with the salad, bulgur, avocado spread, almonds and cranberries.
Step 7
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 8
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
