thinly sliced
1king oyster mushroom
thinly sliced
1 tsp豆瓣酱
1 tbp红泡辣椒
5豆豉
粒, chopped
3 clovesgarlic
minced
1 tspginger minced
3 stalksGreen onion
diamond shape
½ tsp甜面酱
1 tbpsoy sauce

1 tsp香醋
1 tbpsesame oil
1 tspsugar
Chinese chives
optional, replace with green onion
Instructions
Step 1
Fry mushroom on high with a sprinkle of salt. Wait until water comes out and browned. Add sesame oil and olive oil, until brown and fragrant. Set aside.
Step 2
Fry 豆干 until golden brown. Set aside.
Step 3
Stir fry garlic, ginger, 豆豉,泡辣椒,豆瓣酱 on medium low until fragrant. Stir in 甜面酱 and soy sauce.
Step 4
Stir back in mushroom, 豆干,turn heat to medium high, season with sugar and vinegar, mix well.
Step 5
Stir in green onion until softened.
