Instructions
Step 1
Use the food processor for the Celery, Carrot and Courgette to chop it very finely. Add to Slow Cooker




Step 2
Chop the Onion roughly and mince the garlic. Add to Slow Cooker


Step 3
Add all the other ingredients except Pepper and Rice to the Slow Cooker. Mix and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 on low












Step 4
Slice the peppers and add them to the slow cooker 1 hour till the end

Step 5
Serve with brown rice (lower calorie choice)
