Step 1
Start by chopping the garlic and chilli and frying them in a pan

Add the sausages and start to crumble them in the pan with the chilli and garlic

Add the fennel seeds

Juice the lemon and add to the sausages

Start to boil the pasta
Step 6
Once the sausages are fully cooked add the tomatoes

Once the tomatoes have softened add the kale

Combine with the pasta
