Preperation

Do a little incision on the Hot green chilies put some salt in it and deep fry

Rinse the bulgur
Remove any floating objects
Wash 3~4 times
Cooking

Add oil in a pressure cooker mediumhigh heat (7/10)
Put a sear on the meat

Add chickpeas tomato paste and onion
Step 5
Add spices , crashed garlic and water
Step 6
Add bulgur Add Carrot (Halfs)
Add potatoe (without cutting)

A quick stir
Close the pressure cooker
Roasting
Step 8
Open presure cooker
Step 9
Take out the vegetables put them on a plate
Move the meat and bulgur to a baking dish and cover with aluminium foil
Step 10
Roast for 15 min (with foil)
And another 5 min (without)
