Instructions

Step 1
In an instant pot on sautée mode, place oil and allow to heat up. Sear the meat in the oil for a few minutes, then add the tomato paste, garlic, onion and spices. Mix well and sautee for a about 5 minutes.

Step 2
Add 6 cups stock of choice or water with a few teaspoons of salt to the pot and bring to a boil.

Cover the pot and cook the meat on high pressure for 30 minutes to become tender.
Step 4
While the meat is cooking, wash, inspect and cut the string beans into 2-3 inch pieces.
Step 5
Add tomatoes and string beans to the pot once it's done cooking the meat and allow it to cook for 20 minutes or until the green beans reach your desired softness.
