Step 1
Chop tomatoes in half
Mince 2 cloves of garlic
In a large saute pan, add a small amount of olive oil, warm tomatoes & garlic slowly - season with sea salt
Tear basil leaves
Grate Mozzarella Drizzle French bread with olive oil and toast in a 400* oven until browned
Place toasted bread on a large platter and top with the warm tomato & garlic, mozzarella and torn basil. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Devour!
