Step 1
To make the grain bowls: Place the grains, coconut water/nut milk, and spices in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover and reduce the heat the medium-low. Cook for approximately 20-25 minutes (or to package directions) until the grains are tender. Remove from the heat and discard the whole spices. Serve with desired fruit and a drizzle of maple syrup, if desired.
