Instructions

Step 1
Soak dates, drain and rinse in water and puree

add nut butter and maple syrup to make a paste
Step 3
toast oats and additional nuts in oven for 10 mins
Step 4
mix together ingredients with the past while oat and nut mixture is warm
Step 5
coat a deep pan with coconut oil and set mixture in place while warm and press in place
Step 6
refrigerate for a few hours then coat into desired shapes
