Step 1
Chop beef brisket and season with the following ingredients: soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and pepper.

Mix well and leave it for 10 minutes.

Cook it on the pan; don’t overcook so it’s still soft and juicy

I used about 2 leaves of kimchi. Rinse and squeeze well so it’s not wet.

Chop it up.

Make poached egg. Add vinegar and salt in the water and make a hole in the middle using a chopstick. Place the egg in the middle and wait 1 minute!

Using a brush or spoon, coat the pan with sesame oil

Add a bowl of rice and cook it on very low heat for about 3-5 minutes so the rice becomes cripsy!
