Instructions
Step 1
Mix chicken, salt, pepper, chili powder and turmeric in bowl

Let sit for 15 minutes

Melt 1 tbsp butter and cook chicken, remove from pot
Step 4
Melt 2 tbsp butter in pot and add garam masala, onion, 1 tsp chili powder, cumin, ginger, garlic, cayenne, cinnamon, salt and pepper

Cook until fragrant
Step 6
Add tomato sauce and bring to simmer
Step 7
Add heavy cream, honey and water, return to simmer
Step 8
Stir in 2 tbsp butter, salt and pepper
Step 9
Serve over rice, garnish with cilantro
