Butternut squash
Alkaline Quinoa Soup topped up with homemade rye bread croutons 😋😍🔥

Ingredients:
Quinoa (I’ve used halo cup)
Butternut squash
Tomatoes
Zucchini
Onion
Mushrooms
Coriander
Spring onion
Bay leaf
Sea salt, onion powder, cayenne pepper,
Tahini
Agave
Grapeseed oil
Fry onion add shredded vegetables , washed quinoa and tomato sauce mixed with coriander and spring onion.
Add water and bay leaf.
When fully cooked (until quinoa is soft)add 2 spoons of tahini and a bit of agave , that makes the soup very creamy.
Add fried (on frying pan on grapeseed oil)rye bread croutons and coriander.
