Butternut squash

Alkaline Quinoa Soup topped up with homemade rye bread croutons ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ”ฅ Slide to see the video ๐Ÿ’ซ Ingredients: Quinoa (Iโ€™ve used halo cup) Butternut squash Tomatoes Zucchini Onion Mushrooms Coriander Spring onion Bay leaf Sea salt, onion powder, cayenne pepper, Tahini Agave Grapeseed oil Fry onion add shredded vegetables , washed quinoa and tomato sauce mixed with coriander and spring onion. Add water and bay leaf. When fully cooked (until quinoa is soft)add 2 spoons of tahini and a bit of agave , that makes the soup very creamy. Add fried (on frying pan on grapeseed oil)rye bread croutons and coriander. Enjoy ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿฅฐ
