Quorn fillets Durban curry

Instructions

Step 1
1. Heat oil in a saucepan and saute onions until soft. Add the garlic, ginger and spices and cook for 5 mins.
Step 2
2. Add the tomatoes and water, bring to the boil then turn down the heat to simmer for 15 mins. Add the quorn fillets and cook for a further 20 mins.
Step 3
3. Add the peas and simmer for a further 5 mins, turn off the heat and garnish with the coriander.
