Ingredients

2 quartschicken broth

0.5 poundfresh mushrooms
chopped

1 cupcelery
finely chopped

1 cupshredded carrots

1white onion
medium, chopped

1 teaspoonchicken bouillon granules

1 teaspoondried parsley flakes

¼ teaspoongarlic powder

¼ teaspoondried thyme

¼ cupbutter
cubed

¼ cupall-purpose flour

1 x 10.75 ouncescan condensed cream of mushroom soup
undiluted

3 cupswild rice
cooked

2 cupscooked chicken
cubed

½ cupdry white wine
or additional chicken broth
Instructions
Step 1
In a large saucepan, combine the first 9 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 2
In Dutch oven, melt butter; stir in flour until smooth. Gradually whisk in broth mixture. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Whisk in soup and wine. Add rice and chicken; heat through.
