Soup Series Part 2. Korean Soybean Paste Soup
Soybean Paste Soup a family favorite and a classic Korean comfort dish. It’s perfect during the cold weather…. or all year round. Enjoy it with kimchi and a bowl of hot rice. So yummmm! Korean Soybean paste is kinda like Japanese miso but has its own unique flavor ( more savory and more intense). It’s a healthy fermented food that’s rich in vitamins, minerals and gut-healthy probiotics. ☺️
