Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil, add onions, garlic and ginger to soften. Add Garam Masala then Paprika then Turmeric & then mustard seeds. Cook off spices for 2 minutes apart then cook for 2 - 3 minute once all spices are added
Step 2
Add chicken breasts and cook into the spices
Step 3
Add chopped tomatoes and tomato purée and stir
Step 4
Add creme fraiche and stir
Step 5
Add Chilli flakes
Step 6
Add in spinach and wilt into the curry
Step 7
Cook for for 5 - 6 minutes on low - medium heat then take it off the heat and add the prawns and cover.
Step 8
Serve and add coriander to garnish
