Sauté onions in some olive oil until browned. Then add cumin, chili powder, oregano

Combine sauce mixture in a 500ml measuring cup. Pour half of it into instant pot to deglaze the pot (scrape off the bottom bits). And then pour in remaining half.

Add the tomato paste, all the drained beans (red kidney, black garbanzo) and lentils, apple cider vinegar. Mix it. Lastly pour in the canned tomatoes on top (don’t stir).
