Instructions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in lg. pan over med.-high heat. Add onion & bell peppers; cook (4-5 min.) until tender. Add garlic; cook 30 sec. Season vegetables to taste; remove from pan & keep warm.
Step 2
Add shrimp & sausage to pan; sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, salt & pepper.
Step 3
Cook (3 min.) until shrimp are pink and opaque and sausage is heated through; add vegetables back to pan. Stir in broth & lemon juice; simmer (2 min.)
Step 4
Top with parsley & serve
