4cardamom seeds

2 tspghee

1 cantomato paste

1 tspchili powder

1 TspGaram Masala

1 tspfenugreek

1 tspcumin

1 cupheavy whipping cream

Instructions
Step 1
Marinade your chicken in the tandoori masala, yogurt, and lemon juice.




Step 2
In a hot pan, pour some oil and let it heat up. Add the cardamom seeds/pods and let the aroma infuse into the oil. Remove the seeds when ready to cook.

Step 3
Add butter/ghee and cook the onions till they reach the desired consistency. When done, add the tomato paste and spices, mix, and let it simmer on low.







Step 4
In separate pan, cook the chicken until chicken is no longer pink.

Step 5
Add the chicken and cream to the gravy and let it simmer till it is heated sufficiently
