Instructions
Step 1
In blender, add dry oats and blend until 50/50 ratio of chopped oats to flour is achieved.
Step 2
Add rest of the ingredients minus 1/2 of 1 of the 2 banana to blender and mix/blend until smooth consistency.
Step 3
Melt butter in frying pan and add batter. Fry gently on both sides until cooked.
Step 4
Finely slice remaining bananas and set aside.
Step 5
Plate pancakes - roughly 3 per serving (it makes 6) and top with the chopped banana and any other toppings. (Eg nuts, chocolate chips or cacao nibs etc)
Step 6
In the pan, melt more butter and add cinnamon. Gently brown butter then pour over pancakes.
