1slice albany brown bread

Instructions
Step 1
Boil 2 eggs as desired. While waiting for the eggs to boil, toast 1 slice of bread.
Step 2
Mash avocado and top on toast. Slice boiled eggs and top over mashed avocado.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper.
