The banana needs to be frozen ahead, and the topping baked and cooled, which can be stored in a container for a week or so for snacking.

Step 1
Chop the banana on baking parchment, spread in even layer & freeze.
Step 2
Topping - Preheat oven to 170 c. Mix in a bowl the seeds, nuts, cinnamon & honey. Spread on a baking tray on baking parchment sprayed with oil, and bake for 15 mins. Leave to cool.
Step 3
Blend the avocado, mango, spinach, milk, nut butter and frozen banana.

Step 4
Serve the fruit smoothy in a bowl, topped with the berries and the crunchy topping.
