4Salmon filets
1 tspavocado oil
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
½ tspseason salt
½ tspItalian season
½ tspcreole seasoning
½ tspRosemary leaves

1 cupspinach
½ tspred pepper flakes

Instructions
Step 1
First, coat salmon in avocado oil.
Then, season salmon with ingredients.
Step 2
In a large saucepan, place ingredients and let sit for a few minutes to heat up. Then, cook salmon for 6-7 minutes on each side on medium heat. Once salmon is finished, set aside for later use.
Step 3
Over medium heat, in the same saucepan, place onions, tomato, mushrooms, and garlic and sauté for about 3-4 minutes. Afterwards, pour wine, sun dried tomatoes, red pepper, and garlic salt in. Let simmer for about 2 minutes. Next, pour heavy cream and let simmer for 2 minutes. Then, place spinach in, stir, reduce heat to low, place cooked salmon in sauce and top with cheese. Now, cover pan and let simmer for 10 minutes.
