Big Mountain Soy-free Tofu Stirfry

I've never cooked Tofu, as I dont eat soy as a rule. But I need Xtra protein and I found this Soy-Free Tofu from Big Mountain Foods, and I thought it was my chance to try cooking this odd food. It really does take on the flavour of the spices!!

Step 1
In a large cast iron frypan, heat the oil over medium heat.
Cast Iron Skillet

Add the black garlic and onions and cook until translucent
Step 3
Add the crumbled tofu and season generously with basil, Oregano, cumin, and Turmeric. Toss to cover the tofu with the slices
Step 4
Add the coconut amino ( you can also add a bit of water if you find the mixture is sticking to the pan.
Step 5
Coarsley chop the veggies and add to the frying pan, tossing to combine. Stir gently until the veggies are cooked to your liking (I like mine crunchy) about 5 minutes
