400 gramsprawns

1 Tbspdried prawns
coarsely chopped
1onion
big, cut into 1/2 & slice
1 stalkcurry leaves
5chilli padi
chopped

Instructions
Step 1
Trim the prawn feelers. Season prawns with a little salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat oil in the wok until hot and fry the prawns until they turn bright red, about 1 minute. Dish out the prawns and set aside.
Step 3
In the remaining oil in the wok, sauté the dried prawns, onions, curry leaves and chillies until fragrant. Add in sauce and stir to mix well.
Step 4
Return prawns to the wok, toss in the sauce and remove from heat.
