Ingredients
4 servings
1 lbpork tenderloin
4 teaspoonschili powder
1 tablespoonsalt
2 teaspoonsground cinnamon
¼ teaspooncayenne pepper

Vegetables
2Granny Smith apples
medium, cored and cut crosswise
2sweet potatoes
large, peeled and cut into 1-inch wedges
1yellow onion
large, cut into 1-inch wedges
1 tablespoonolive oil
¼ cupmaple-flavored syrup
Instructions
Step 1
Combine oil and remaining seasoning mixture in Stainless (6-qt.) Mixing Bowl; mix well.
Step 2
Add apples and vegetables; toss to coat using
Step 3
Place apples and vegetables in pan surrounding tenderloins.
Step 4
Bake 25-30 minute for medium (160°F) to well (170°F) donenes
Step 5
Remove from oven; tent with aluminum foil and let stand 10 minutes.
Step 6
Carefully pour off pan juices to measure 1/4 cup.
Step 7
Add maple-flavored syrup; mix well.
Step 8
Carve remaining tenderloin into thin slices using Carving Set.
Step 9
Arrange tenderloin slices apples and vegetables on serving platter.
Step 10
Serve with pan juices.

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Place pork tenderloins

Combine chili powder, salt, cinnamon and cayenne pepper in Prep Bowl.

Rub 2 tablespoons of the seasoning mixture over entire surface of tenderloins

Reserve remaining seasoning mixture.
