Dice onion & green pepper
Step 2
Brown hamburger, onions, green peppers and minced garlic on med. high heat
Step 3
Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, seasonings and Worcestershire sauce (measure with your heart)

Cover and let simmer for 10 mins
Step 5
Add macaroni noodles and make sure they are covered in the liquid, cover with lid and simmer on low for 15 mins
Step 6
Stir and serve with desired toppings! We did cheddar cheese!
