Instructions
Step 1
have 2 1/2oz balls of meat. Place them between two parchment papers, and then flatten them with a heavy fry pan. Set to the side.

Cut up the lettuce and tomatoes thinly

Lightly butter each bun and toast

After the buns are done, add 5g of butter to the pan and wait until melted on high heat.
Step 5
Put the meat patties in the pan. Smash with spatula for a few seconds. Add salt and pepper to the patty. Patty should be ready in about 30-40 seconds to flip. When done, place patty on bun and put a slice of cheese on top
Step 6
Repeat cooking other patty. When done, place on top of first patty and cheese. Then add the tomato and lettuce. Add condiments.
