Instructions
Step 1
Heat skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Spread one side of each bread slice with mustard.
Step 3
Sprinkle onions over 4 slices of bread; layer with spinach, roasted peppers and cheese.
Step 4
Top with remaining bread slices.
Step 5
Place sandwiches in panini maker.
Step 6
Cook 2 to 3 minutes each side or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
Step 7
Cut each sandwich in half to serve.
