Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, put the meat with spices, nutmeg, salt, black pepper, All spice, paprika and chili powder (Optional).

Knead the meat well, until the ingredients are well mixed, you can add 2 tbsp of corn oil for easy mixing of the meat

Form the meat dough into balls and brush aside.

Peel the eggplant in striped shape and cut it into circles.

Chop the peppers and tomatoes into large cubes.

Peel the onion, do not cut it, and leave it as is.

We prepare the kebab skewers, then put a piece of eggplant, then a ball of meat, then a piece of tomato, then again meat, then onion, meat, and finally pepper.

Repeat the process until the meat quantity ends, If we have a few pieces of vegetables left, put them on skewers, and we will be ready for grilling.

Prepare the charcoal grill, burn the charcoal, and place the meat and vegetable skewers, and turn them over every once in a while until the meat is done.

Serve it with rice or fries.
