Think of a baked sushi roll deconstructed and layered in a casserole! Scoop a bite onto some roasted seaweed, add some cucumber and avocado - it is AMAZING!!

Instructions

Step 1
Shred or chop imitation crab into desired pieces, then place in a large bowl. Add cream cheese, kewpie mayo, sriracha, and green onions, leaving some aside to garnish for later. Mix until well combined and set aside.
Step 2
In another bowl, combine warm cooked rice, salt, sugar, and vinegar. Give it a good mix and let sit for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat oven to broil.
Step 4
Start layering rice evenly in a rectangle casserole dish. Spread a thin layer for furikake. Add the crab mixture, followed by one more layer of furikake. Add masago if desired, and final drizzle of more sriracha and kewpie mayo.
Step 5
Broil for 10-15 minutes until top begins to char.
Step 6
Let cool for 10 mins. Serve warm along with roasted seaweed, cucumber, avocado, and ENJOY!
