Instructions

Step 1
Cut chicken into small cubes (1 ½ x 1 ½ in)
Step 2
Use a food processor to finely chop ginger, onion, and garlic.
Step 3
In a big pot at medium heat, saute chopped ginger, garlic, and onions.
Step 4
Add tomatoes, chicken, and spices. Mix well.
Step 5
Add coconut milk, water, and carrots cut into small cubes (1 ½ x 1 ½ in)
Step 6
Cook on medium-low until chicken and carrots are tender. Approximately 1 hr.
Step 7
Add salt and yogurt before serving and combine.
