Step 1
Stack roti, roll up, and cut into small bits.
Step 2
Fry garlic and ginger paste in coconut oil with chopped onion for 3 minutes. Then as fennel seeds, mustard seeds, chilli flakes, chilli powder and turmeric and fry for 60 seconds.
Step 3
Add the carrots, cabbage, leek and green chillis and saute. Add half a cup of water and a pinch of salt and stir well.
Step 4
Add dark soy sauce and black pepper.
Step 5
Mix in the roti pieces and cook for 60 seconds.
