Instructions
Step 1
Marinate cubed steak in mixture of 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp hoisin sauce, 4 garlic cloves, and 1 tbsp ginger for at least 1 hour, up to overnight.
Step 2
Stir fry steak in pan to your liking, discarding extra marinade. Once cooked, set aside in a bowl.
Step 3
Without washing pan, fry 1 cup cooked rice, 1 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 cup frozen mixed veggies until veggies are cooked.
Step 4
Push all rice to edged of pan and in the middle scramble egg with 1 tbsp butter.
Step 5
Mix rice, egg, diced green onions, and steak together and serve in a bowl!
