Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C (425F). Line tray with baking paper.
Step 2
Mix all spices together in a mixing bowl til blended
Step 3
Add grated carrot and cauliflower - mix through evenly.
Step 4
Add besan flour and mix through evenly. Good to use your hands here to start stick it together
Step 5
Add 1 tblsp water first - mix through evenly. Add more water as required, to form a thick paste
Step 6
Scoop 1 Tblsp dollops onto baking paper. Should make between 12-15.
Step 7
Bake for 25 min. Remove from oven. Let cool a little.
