Step 1
Squeeze sausage meat out of sausages and roll into small meatballs Finely slice bacon, garlic and onions Pick sage leaves Add meatballs and bacon to a hot pan with butter and oil and cook until golden then add the garlic, onions and sage leaves and crumbled chestnuts Add cooked pasta to the pan and chicken stock so that it isn’t dry but the pasta absorbs the stock Add a good amount of grated parmesan and season with black pepper (lots) Fry off some thinly sliced bacon and sage leaves Serve in a bowl sprinkling the fried bacon and sage leaves and parmesan shavings and black pepper
